The challenge
Lumiq’s founder believed in TikTok but had no consistent content cadence and no idea how to turn views into sales.
What we did
- Built a content engine producing 3 short-form videos per week, themed by product launch cycle.
- Recruited 18 mid-tier creators for ongoing paid partnerships, not one-shots.
- Layered TikTok Ads on top of top-performing organic content for amplification.
- Designed mobile-first landing pages with one-click checkout for impulse purchases.
The result
TikTok followers grew from 4k to 280k. ARR went from sub-$400k to a $4M run-rate. ROAS on TikTok Ads stayed at 6.2x even at scale. Direct traffic from social grew 14x.
