The challenge
Civic Health had 11 specialist clinics across three cities. Each location’s Google Business Profile was abandoned and the website had no per-location pages.
What we did
- Built 11 dedicated location pages with unique copy, schema, photos and embedded reviews.
- Rebuilt each Google Business Profile with full categories, services, photos and posting cadence.
- Created condition-specific content libraries for the top 14 patient queries.
- Launched a review-collection automation that lifted average rating from 4.1 to 4.7.
The result
Total organic patient enquiries grew 220%. All 11 locations are now in the top 3 of their local map pack for primary specialty queries. Map pack visibility quadrupled.
