The challenge

Boulder Roastery had a loyal wholesale base but DTC was an afterthought. The site was beautiful but invisible to search and social.

  • Produced and pinned 240 educational brewing-method graphics on Pinterest.
  • Wrote 28 SEO-targeted articles covering brewing guides, bean origins and equipment.
  • Rebuilt product pages with rich schema and structured customer review collection.

The result

DTC orders grew 5.2x. Pinterest became the third-largest traffic source. Organic sessions grew 196%. Wholesale-to-DTC revenue mix moved from 88/12 to 64/36.
